Tandy Cake
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 T butter, melted
1 (8oz) milk chocolate bar
1/2 (12 oz) jar peanut butter (3/4 cup)
Beat eggs until lemon colored, beat in vanilla and salt. Add sugar.
Melt butter, add milk and warm slightly.
Sift flour and baking powder, add alternately with milk/butter.
Pour onto greased and floured 9 in cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake. Let cool for 10 minutes, turn out onto serving platter.
Spread with peanut butter while still warm, refrigerate.
Melt chocolate bar, spread over peanut butter. Refrigerate.
