Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 lb 10x sugar (about 3 3/4 cups)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
