Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

2 3/4 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp instant yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups warm milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup honey

Stir together half of bread flour, whole wheat flour, yeast and salt.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth and elastic. Add enough additional bread flour until dough can be kneaded.
Knead for 5- 10 minutes, place in bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until almost doubled.
Divide into 9 equal pieces and let rest 10 minutes.
Shape into rolls, place on cornmealed baking stone and let rise (covered with plastic wrap) until almost doubled.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
