Bread Stuffing

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp poultry seasoning (more or less to taste)
2 T parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
---Saute in large saucepan until celery and onions are soft

1 large loaf bread, toasted, cubed
1 cup turkey, chicken or veggie broth (more or less to taste)
---Combine bread cubes with sauteed celery/onion mixture while still warm, mix well (using hands works the best)
---Moisten with broth, more or less as desired
---Season with salt to taste


Makes 6-8 servings
