Breadsticks

1 cup warm water
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar or honey
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 T oil

olive oil/butter - for pan and topping
1 clove garlic halved
salt and pepper
oregano
parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water, let sit until bubbly. Add remaining ingredients, mix. Knead 1-2 minutes, cover and let rest 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread 1-2 T olive oil in 10x13 jelly roll pan.
Pat dough out onto prepared pan.
Spread with oil/butter and rub with garlic (or sprinkle with garlic powder). Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Top with cheese. Let rise 15 minutes.
Using a bench scraper, score dough in 1 inch intervals.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
Slice into strips, serve with pizza sauce
