Bread Bowls

(yield 4 bowls)

1 1/4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 TBSP Cornmeal
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsps active dry yeast

Place in the bread pan of your bread machine in the order listed. Select the dough setting. After the machine has finished remove the dough to a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll into a circle 1/4 inch thick.
Lay the dough over the bottoms of well greased oven proof bowls. Place the bowls on a cookie sheet, cover and let rise 15 minutes.
