Banana Nut Streusel Muffins

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed bananas

Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 T flour
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 T melted butter

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.
In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix until smooth. Stir in milk, vanilla and mashed banana and mix well.
Fold in flour mixture into the liquid ingredients until combined, do not overmix.
For streusel - cut butter into other ingredients until crumbly.
Fill greased muffin tins two-thirds of the way full, top with steusel
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
