Crispy Baked Tortilla Chips

1 cup masa harina
2/3 cup water
pinch salt

olive oil for brushing
salt for sprinkling

Mix corn flour with water and salt. Knead until a smooth ball of dough forms.
Divide dough into 6 equal balls. Let rest 10 minutes.
Press in tortilla press or roll out between parchment sheets with rolling pin.
Brush rounds with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and cut into wedges with pizza cutter.
Bake at 425 for 10-13 minutes or until brown and crispy.
