Low Sugar Baby Bars

1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup (4 oz) unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/3 cup honey
dash vanilla
1 T oil
pinch salt
1/2 cup oatmeal, cooked in 1 cup water
1 cup flour - more or less as needed
1 tsp baking powder

optional: raisins, mini chocolate chips, diced fruit, cinnamon

Mix all together, pour into sprayed or parchment lined 13x9 pan.
Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes
