Amaretto Bread

8 eggs, separated
2 cups butter, softened
3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 cup Amaretto
4 tsp vanilla
Beat egg whites with 1 cup sugar until stiff.
Cream butter and 2 cups sugar.
Add egg yolks, beat.
Add flour in 1/3's, then amaretto and vanilla.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes in 8 mini-loaf pans that have been greased or sprayed.
