Almond Flour Maple Banana Bread
Source: combination of recipes

3 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 T vanilla
Opt: 1/2 cup nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, etc.

In large bowl, bowl whisk together almond flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
In separate bowl, mash bananas with fork. Whisk in eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to dry mixture, stir just until combined. Stir in optional ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin tins.
Bake at 350 - 55-60 minutes for loaf, 20-25 minutes for muffins.
Let cool 10 minutes in pan, turn out onto serving board.
