Everyday Green Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or liquid of choice)
1 banana
1 cup kale or spinach leaves
1 cup blueberries
1 T chia seeds
1 T hemp seeds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1" piece of ginger, chopped
opt: dates, avocado, apple, pear

Chocolate Smoothies

2 frozen bananas
3/4 cup almond milk (or liquid of choice)
1 T maple syrup (optional)
2 T cocoa powder
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
pinch sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
optional: handful of kale, couple of dates, cinnamon, 1 T chia or hemp seeds

2 T raw cacao powder
1 T raw honey
1 cup raw almond milk

Avocado Banana Smoothie

Cindy's note - even though this looks strange, it is really good, even with spinach!

1 avocado
1 banana
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges)
1/4 cup honey
2 1/2 to 3 cups ice (*Cindy's note - I sometimes sub 1 cup frozen spinach for the ice)

In a blender, combine avocado, banana, yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
