Pumpkin Shake

3 cups (1-1/2 pints) vanilla ice cream
1-1/2 cups milk
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately. Serves: 4
GARNISHING TIP: It's easy to give this a really festive finish by topping each serving with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a few candy corn.
Note from Marlen: Mr. Food suggested swirling a bit of chocolate syrup and/or caramel sauce inside the glass for decoration and extra flavor. They looked and tasted wonderful!
