Shepherd's Pie-rogies
Source: adapted from Mrs. T's

1 box Mrs. T's Classic Cheddar Pierogies - regular or mini size
2 T butter
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T flour
1 cup beef broth
dash worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables

Melt butter in a skillet over med-high heat, add pierogies and saute according to package directions. Remove from heat and set aside.
Brown meat with onion and garlic (drain if fatty). Sprinkle with flour, stir until mixed in. Add broth and worcestershire, cook until liquid is thickened, season to taste. Add in frozen vegetables to cook, about 5 minutes.
Add pierogies back to the skillet, stir to combine and reheat.

Makes 4 servings
