Roast Beef Sandwich with Horseradish Dijon Mayo
4 T mayonnaise
2 T dijon mustard
1 T horseradish
12 oz beef, cooked to medium rare and sliced
6 slices provolone cheese
1 loaf french bread, cut in 6 pieces and split
Lightly toast bread with slice of provolone, spread with mixture of mayo, dijon and horseradish.
Layer with slices of beef.
Makes 6 sandwiches
