Flank Steak

Pierce steak pieces with fork and sprinkle with unseasoned meat tenderizer. Mix the following well and pour over 2 or 3 steaks:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 cup salad oil
Marinate 24 hours. Charcoal broil to desired doneness and baste with sauce. Serve sliced in thin strips, against grain.
Good served hot or cold.
