SKEWERED PASTA SALAD:

25 6-8" wooden skewers (mulitpy the recipe to suit you)
Frozen cheese tortellini's, (mix white and green if you can find some with made with spinach) cooked, count enough for 2 per skewer and marinate in a good Italian dressing for a few hours

Choose also from the following, and thread onto skewers mixed with the marinated tortellini's:
whole pitted black olives
grape tomatoes
chunks of red, yellow, orange bell peppers
chunks of salami/pepperoni/ham
chunks of cooked turkey/chicken
chunks of cooked sausage
cooked shrimp
chunks of cheese (smoked/herbed/spicy)
pieces of marinated artichoke hearts
lightly steamed broccoli

etc...use your imagination and what's fresh at the market- you know what taste combination works for your group.

Whatever you can combine in terms of taste and visual interest - serve on a tray lined with purple kale or red-leaf lettuce.

This is great finger food - visually appealing and very tasty!
