Italian Sub Roll-ups

Flour tortillas
Deli ham
Hot Cappicola
Salami
Provolone cheese
Shredded lettuce
Tomato - thinly sliced
Red onion - thinly sliced
opt: hot peppers
Oil and vinegar
Salt and pepper
Oregano

Layer Ingredients on tortilla, roll up, wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate. Cut into 1" pieces.


Turkey Cranberry roll-ups

Flour tortillas
Turkey breast slices
Mayonnaise
Jellied cranberry sauce

Layer ingredients, roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate, cut into 1" pieces.


Party Pinwheels

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced celery
1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
2. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.


Spinach Pinwheel Appetizers

2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed drained & squeezed dry in paper towels
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 envelope ranch dip mix
4 green onions, chopped
1 (8 count) package 10-inch flour tortillas

In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Beat in dip mix.
Add green onion, bacon bits and spinach (broken up into small clumps).
Mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture onto tortillas, leaving a 1/2" space around edge.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, and wrap each in plastic wrap.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
To serve, cut off ends and cut into 1/2" slices.
