Hummus (updated 7/9/13)

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed (reserve some liquid)
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, pressed
2 T olive oil
2 T tahini
1/2 tsp salt

In food processor, process all ingredients, plus 1 T reserved liquid, until smooth. If too thick, add a little more liquid.

Variations:
Can add choice of cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, roasted onions

Serve with pita bread or chips, crackers cucumber slices, red pepper strips.
