7-Layer Greek Dip
Source: adapted from BHG New Cookbook

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 tsp dried dill
1 T lemon juice
1 1/2 cup hummus
diced cucumbers
diced tomatoes
chopped Kalamata olives
chopped red onion
crumbled Feta cheese

Mix together the cream cheese, dill and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Spread in the bottom of a pie plate or a small, shallow baking dish.
Spread with a layer of hummus.
Top with remaining ingredients in order listed.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, and/or flatbread
