Crab Canoe

1 loaf French bread, hollowed out. Cut part hollowed out in chucks.

Combine:
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
10 oz. grated Colby cheese
7 small green onions, chopped fine
3 cans crabmeat, rinsed or 1 pound fresh crabmeat

Put mixture in hollowed-out bread loaf and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees until bubbly.
The last 10 minutes add a little more of the grated cheese.
Place bread cubes around and use to dip with.

Note: If you use lump crabmeat, add a little more mayonnaise. Enjoy.
