Cajun Crackers

2 (1 oz.) packets dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 tsp. tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups canola oil (note: Juane only used 1 3/4 cups)
l lb. saltine crackers with unsalted tops (green box)

In a 2 gallon plastic bag (Jumbo size) mix together the dry dressing mix, cayenne and red pepper flakes. Add oil and mix thoroughly. Add crackers , seal the bag and turn it until the crackers are evenly coated. Turn bag every 20 to 30 minutes until liquid is entirely absorbed by the crackers, about 2 hours. Store in resealable bag or other air tight container.
