Broccoli Balls
Source: adapted from common recipe on internet

10 oz chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen
3/4 cup (12 T) butter
1 6-oz package dry stuffing mix (3 cups) or 6-oz seasoned dry breadcrumbs (about 1-1/3 cups)
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, diced
6 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste

If using frozen broccoli, thaw and drain. Saute broccoli in butter until tender.
In large bowl, combine sauteed mixture with remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate about an hour, until moisture has been absorbed.
Roll the chilled mixture into 1 inch balls, and arrange baking sheet.
Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes until browned. Note: Overcooking may dry them out, so watch them closely.
