Braunschweiger Spread

8 oz Braunscweiger
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 T mayonnaise
1 T minced onion
1 tsp worcestershire
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp horseradish
opt: 1 T pickle relish
parsley

Combine all until smooth, pat into a bowl lined with plastic wrap. Cover and chill. Invert onto serving plate, garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
