Creamy Avocado Ranch Dip
Source: adapted from Pioneer Woman

2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (1 tsp dried)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Scoop the avocado flesh out of the peel and place in a bowl, mash. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Taste, then season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with cut veggies, or baked vegetable chips.
Makes about 2 cups
