Artichoke Dip

1 cup mayonaise (can use 1/2 sour cream)
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese (or italian blend)
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
3 green onions, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: 1 cup crabmeat or 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Mix all ingredients, spoon into 9" pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with crackers or Pita Chips
